Mkuu wa mkoa wa Mwanza Mhandisi Evarist Ndikilo amekabidhi vifaa vya hasptali vyenye thamani ya Tsh.Mil. 10 kwenye Hospitali ya Wilaya ya Nyamagana vilivyotolewa na Benki ya Dimond katika harakati zake za kuiwezesha jamii kuwa na huduma bora za afya.
 
Amewasa watendaji wa Hospitali hiyo kuvitunza na kuhakikisha vinadumu ili kuiwezesha jamii ya Wilaya hiyo kupata huduma bora za afya, akikabidhi vifaa hivyo Ndikilo amesema, Hospitali pekee inayo tegemewa kwa hivi sasa ni Hospitali ya Rufaa ya Mkoa Sekouture ambayo kwa siku za hivi karibuni imeoneka kuelemewa kutokana na kukuwa kwa mji lakini pia kutegemewa na Mikoa ya Jirani.
 
Amesema Benki ya DTB imeonesha mfano hivyo kama wadau tunayo kila sababu ya kuwaunga mkono kwa kufungua akaunti katika benki hiyo kwani kwa kufanya hivyo itawapa moyo DTB na kuwawezesha kuendelea kutoa huduma pindi watakapo hitajika.
 
Naye Mwakilishi wa DTB Tanzania Bw. Sylvester Bahati, amesema wao kama DTB walicho kitoa sio msaada bali ni huduma kama huduma nyingine ambayo ingeweza kutolewa na mdau mwingine yeyote. "Sisi hatupendi kuita msada kwakuwa hii ni sehemu ya faida kwa jamii ambayo kama DTB huwa tunatoa kila mwisho wa mwaka" alisema na kuongeza kwa kutolewa kwa vifaa hivyo ni kutokana na mahusiano mazuri yaliyopo baina ya DTB na halmashauri ya Jiji la Mwanza.
 
Kwa upande wake mstahiki Meya wa Jiji la Mwanza alisema, kama Mstahiki meya anayetokana na chama Tawala ni kuhakikisha ilani ya Chama cha mapinduzi inatekelezwa kwa vitendo kwa kuwa wao ndio wenye dhamana ya kuingoza serikali tangu walipo nadi Ilani ya chama hicho 2010 na kufanikiwa kushika dola. " Ndugu zangu wana Nyamagana na wana Mwanza kwa ujumla kinachotendeka hapa ni kuhakikisha ilani ya CCM inatekelezwa kwa vitendo na sio kelele za majukaani ambazo hazimsaidii Mwananchi wa kawaida. 
 
Kwa upande wake Diwani wa kata ya Butimba Mhe. Dismas Masumu, ameipongeza Benki ya DTB kwa mpango wake wa kuwa bega kwa bega na wanachi katika kuimarisha huduma mbali mbali za kijamii.
 
Vifaa vilivyotolewa ni Trolley-Dressing/ Dispensing Screen, Delivery kit, Kidney dish, Diagnostic set (Retinoscope), Bed sheet, Wheel Chair Sunction Machine, Mosquto Nets na Gumboot.
 
Hii ni mara ya kwanza kwa benki hiyo kutoa huduma ya vifaa ya Hospitali kwa Halmashauri ya Jiji la Mwanza ;lakini imekuwa ikitoa huduma mbali mbali katika Wilaya zingine hapa nchini.

Kikao cha kamati ya ushauri cha mkoa (RCC), kitafanyika tarehe 08.Januari 2014 ili kuweza kujadili mambo mbali mbali ya Maendeleo katika mkoa huo.

Kwa mujibu wa taarifa ambayo mtandao huu imezipata ni kwamba pamoja na mambo mengine, kikao hicho pia kitajadili maendeleo ya mkoa huo katika Nyanja tofauti tofauti kama bara bara, muelekeo wa hali ya uchumi wa mkoa na mfumuko wa bei, suala la elimu, kilimo, mifugo biashara na ushirika.

Lakini pia katika kikao hicho itakuwa ni fursa pekee ya kujadili maendeleo ya Matokeo makubwa sasa (BRN), maendeleo ya zao la Pamba, Upandishwaji hadhi kwa baadhi ya miji, Rushwa na maadili yaViongozi lakini pia kuona njia bora katika kuinua Uchumi wa Mkoa.

RCC Ndicho kikao kikubwa kabisa katika Ngazi ya mkoa ambapo wajumbe wake ni pamoja na Mkuu wa Mkoa ambaye ni Mwenyekiti, Katibu Tawala wa Mkoa ambaye ni Katibu, na wajumbe wengine wanao unda kanmati hiyo ni Wabunge, Wenyeviti wa Halmashauri, Wakuu wa Wilaya na Mameya wa majiji na manispaa.

Katika kikao hicho pia huwahusisha wataalam washauri wa Sekretarieti ya Mkoa pamoja na Wachumi wa Wilaya.

Ni msimu mwingine tena ambapo wakristo kote Duniani wanasherekea kuzaliwa Mkombozi Yesu Kristo aliyefariki zaidi ya miaka 2000 ilyopita.
 
Katika msimu huu, ni msimu ambao wakristo wanakuwa wanakumbuka kuzaliwa kwa mokozi Yesu Kristu, ambaye alileta ukombozi Duniani kwa kumwaga damu yake pale msalabani kwa ajili ya dhambi za waliowengi.
 
Tunapo azimisha sikukuu hii kubwa kama Wakristo kuna mambo ya muhimu ya kujifunza na kutafakari wapi tulikuwepo, wapi tulipo na je! Ni wapi tunataka kwenda kwa maana aina gani ya maisha ambayo tunayachagua kama wakristo.
 
Ni kweli kwamba Kristo alikufa kwa ondoleo la dhambi je! Tuyaishi maisha ya kumpendeza Mungu? Je tunapo sherekea sisi kama wakristo tumejihoji tunawatendea vipi wenzetu? Dini safi ni ile yenye kujali Yatima na wajane pamoja na wenye uhitaji, umesha jiuliza moyoni mwako kwamba ni mara ngapi umewasaidia wahitaji? Haya ni baadhi ya Mambo mengi kama mwana jamiii unatakiwa kujiuliza ili uweze kuishi maisha ya kumpendaza Mungu.
 
Lakini mbali na hilo, Hebu tuangalie nafasi zetu ambazo tunazo katika Jamii zetu kwa maana kwamba kila mmoja amepimiwa kulingana na mapenzi ya Mungu, wewe ni karani, mwingine ni waziri na Mwingine ni Mvuvi lakini pia mwingine anaweza kuwa mtoza ushuru, kwa nafasi ambazo nimezitaja hapo jipime wewe mwenyewe je umetenda vipi katika dhamana uliyopewa?
 
Kila dhamana mtu aliyopewa ina mshahara wake na malipo yake, wewe umepewa uongozi katika Serikali kwa ajili ya kuwahudumia watu je! umejiuliza wewe mwenyewe na kujipima kiwango cha huduma unayo itoa na dhamana uliyo nayo? Je hujawa mtu wa kunyanyasa wateja wako?, Mtu mmoja akaniambia unapotoa huduma jaribu kujigeuza kwamba wewe ndiwe mhitaji, mathalani umekwenda hospitalini wewe ni mgonjwa, Daktari au Nesi ajigeuze wewe uwe mgonjwa na Mgonjwa awe wewe kwa maana awe ndiye Nesi au Daktari.
 
Kwa nini nasema hivyo ni kwasababu wapo watu wamegeuka miungu watu ndani ya Ofisi za umma na kuutendea umma nje na mikataba yao ya kazi, fikiria umefika kwenye ofisi ya Serikali lakini mtu anayepaswa kukhudumia anaomba rushwa, anakuwa na majibu yasiyo ridhisha, anakuwa mkali mithili ya simba aliye jeruhiwa nk.
 
Tunapo adhimisha kuzaliwa kwa Noel hili liwe kama Fumbo la Imani kwamba ona aibu kupokea rushwa, Ona aibu kuomba rushwa, ona aibu kutoa huduma kwa vishawishi lakini kumbuka kwatendea wana wa Mungu kile ambacho wewe ungependa kutendewa.

Mwenyekiti wa Tume ya Umoja wa Afrika, AU, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, ameelezea kusikitishwa na hali ilivyo Sudan Kusini, kufuatia kuzuka kwa mapigano katika mji mkuu wa nchi hiyo, Juba, siku ya Jumapili.

Katika taarifa iliyotolewa Jumatatu na kuchapishwa katika gazeti la Sudan Tribune, mwenyekiti huyo amesema ana wasiwasi hasa na hali ya usalama wa wananchi.


Mapigano yalizuka katika mji wa Juba, Jumapili jioni kati ya vikundi vyenye silaha katika kambi ya jeshi na mapigano hayo yaliripotiwa kuendelea Jumanne, huku milioni ya bunduki ikisikika katika maeneo yote ya mji wa Juba mbali na kuhakikishiwa na serikali ya Sudan Kusini kuwa imedhibiti hali hiyo.

Dlamini-Zuma ameitaka serikali ya Sudan Kusini na makundi mengine yanayohusika katika mapigano hayo kujizua na aina yoyote ya kuendelea kwa mgogoro huo.

Pia amezitaka pande zinazohusika na mgogoro huo kutafuta suluhisho la amani kutokana na tofauti zao, "kwa kuheshimu utawala wa sheria, haki za binadamu na uhalali wa kikatiba", akisema AU iko tayari kusaidia kutafuta suluhisho la hali ya sasa.

Wito wa AU umekuja wakati Marekani ikizitaka pande zinazohusika katika mgogoro wa Sudan Kusini kujizuia na ghasia na kutafuta suluhisho la amani.

Hata hivyo, mazingira ya jaribio hilo hayako bayana, huku kukiwa na taarifa zinazokinzana na kauli rasmi ya serikali kuhusu tukio hilo, zikidai kuwa msuguano wa uongozi katika chama tawala, SPLM katika wiki za karibuni ulisambaa hadi katika jeshi, SPLA, na kuchochea mapigano kati ya wafuasi wa Bwana Kiir na Machar.

Jumatatu, walinzi wa rais waliizingira nyumba ya Bwana Machar katika eneo la Amarat, na kuharibu sehemu kubwa ya nyumba hiyo. Hakuwa nyumbani wakati huo na mpaka sasa hajulikani alipo.

Maafisa wa afya wanasema watu wapatao 26 wamethibitika kufariki dunia katika hospitali ya Juba, wakati zaidi ya watu 113 wametibiwa kutokana na majeraha ya risasi.

1.0 KIBAHA EDUCATION CENTRE


Kibaha Education Centre is a multi-purpose Educational Institution that is located in
Coast Region (Tumbi area) about 40 kilometers (24 miles) West of Dar es Salaam
along Morogoro Road. This Centre started in 1963. Kibaha Education Centre (KEC)
was established through Act No.17 of 1969. The overall objective of the Centre as
originally conceived was to combat three enemies of development.

1.1 DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION & HUMAN RESOURCES – 1 POST - (READVERTISED)
1.1.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


· Head the Human Resources and Administration Directorate.
· Provide advice and support to Executive Director, Directors and staff on human


resources related matters.

· Lead and oversee the implementation of all processes pertaining to human resource


management functions.

· Lead and oversee the implementation of all administrative processes and


procedures.

· Provide advice on interpretation, application and exceptions of human resource


management related policies, regulations and rules.

Centre ( Chief Planner of the Centre).

· Promotes business and industrial development through personal contacts with


community leaders, management officials of existing business and industry,
industrial real estate community, area and state agencies, etc.

· Directs initiates and coordinates development and marketing plans for the Centre's


products and all other available industrial and commercial sites and buildings.

· Participates in Centre's comprehensive planning process involving


recommendations and strategies for improvements to Centre services, facilities,
utilities and related resources.

· Facilitate the development of a Centre economic development plan including vision,


goals and objectives.

· Research and provide recommendations on Centre economic development


opportunities.

· Identify opportunities for Centre economic development in order to development


sectors, projects and initiatives,

· Secure funding for economic development activities and programs

1.6.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


· Head Poultry Production Unit.
· Implements Poultry Production policy of the Centre.
· Advices on matters concerning Poultry Production.
· Prepare the budget for the Department and supervises its implementation.
· Controls production and expenditure of the Department.
· Markets Poultry Products in the most efficient way possible.
· Co-ordinates research on poultry in the farms.

· Ensures that Natural and Artificial inseminations are carried out relatively and advice
