Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Lindi Mhe. Godfrey W. Zambi akitoa maagizo  kwa Wakala wa Vipimo kusimamia matumizi ya vipimo sahihi katika msimu wa ununuzi wa mazao

 Mkuu wa mkoa wa Lindi Godfrey Zambi amepiga marufuku kutumia kipimo kinacho tumiwa na baadhi ya wanunuzi wa mazao katika mkoa huo maarufu kama Kangomba ambacho kimeonsha kutokuwa rafiki wa mkulima.
Zambi ametoa kauli hiyo  alipotembelea banda la wakala wa vipimo nchini (WMA), katika maonesho ya nane nane ambayo kitaifa yanafanyika katika mkoa wa Lindi kwenye viwanja vya Ngongo. 

Akizungumza katika banda hilo, amewataka Wakala wa Vipimo kuongeza nguvu zaidi katika kusimamia matumizi sahihi ya vipimo katika maeneo mbalimbali,  ili wakulima na Wananchi kwa ujumla waweze kunufaika na mazao wanayolima pindi waendapo kuyauza wakati wa msimu.

Ameongeza kuwa,  maafisa wa vipimo ni muhimu kwa  kushirikiana na maafisa waliopo katika ofisi za wakuu wa mikoa katika kuhakikisha wakulima hawapunjwi pindi waendapo kuuza mazao yao kwakuwa baadhi ya wafanyabiashara  wasio waaminifu, huchezea mizani yao kwa lengo la kuwapunja wakulima kwa lengo la kupata faida zaidi.

Awali wakitoa maelezo kuhusu kangomba maafisa wa wakala wa vipimo walimuelezea mkuuhuyo wa mkoa namna kangomba inavyowapunja wakulima, kwa kuwa siyo kipimo sahihi kinachopaswa kutumika kununulia mazao. 

Kufuatia maelezo kutoka kwa wakala wa vipimo ndipo ikamalazimu mkuu huyo wa kutoa tamko kali dhidi ya wale wote wenye kutumia kangomba katika kuuza au kununua mazao ya wakulima.

“Lazima tuelewe falasafa ya Rais wetu, anataka mapinduzi ya viwanda lakini mwenye kuzalisha malighafi ni mkulima hivyo lazima, katika mazao yake aone faida, vinginevyo atauchukia ukulima na kukatishwa tamaa”, alinukuliwa mkuu wa mkoa.

Wakala nchini imekuwa na jukumu la kuwapa wakulima elimu ya matumizi sahihi ya mizani iliyo hakikiwa na kutambua alama zinazowekwa kwenye vipimo vilivyohakikiwa na Wakala ambazo ni   stika maalum, pamoja na kugongwa nembo ya Taifa na tarakimu mbili za mwisho za mwaka husika. Mfano kwa mwaka huu 2017, itasomeka namba 17.

Kwa upande wake Afisa Vipimo wa mkoa wa  Lindi bw. Nyagabona Mkanjabi alisema, wamejipanga vizuri katika kusimamia matumizi ya vipimo sahihi na kuhakikisha mizani zote zinazotumika katika vyama vya ushirika vya msingi zinakaguliwa kabla ya misimu ya kuuza mazao kuanza huku  aki wahakikishia kaguzi mbalimbali za kustukiza zinafanyika kipindi cha msimu wa kuuza mazao unapofika.

Pia, amewakaribisha viongozi wa vyama vya ushirika vya msingi pamoja na wananchi wote kutembelea banda la wakala wa vipimo katika maonesho ya nanenane mkoa wa Lindi na kujionea Mizani mbalimbali zinazopaswa kutumika katika ununuzi wa bidhaa mbali mbali na mazao ukiwemo mzani wa digital wa tani 2 ambao unapima bidhaa/mazao na kutoa  risiti hapo hapo

Akizungumza pembeni mwa mkutano huo, kaimu Afisa Vipimo mkoani hapo, Andrew Mbwambo ametoa wito kwa Wakulima, wafanyabiashara na Wananchi wote kutojihusisha na vitendo vya kuchezea vipimo kwani kwa sasa adhabu ni kubwa baada ya Sheria ya Vipimo Sura namba 340 na Mapitio yake ya mwaka 2002 kufanyiwa marekebisho mwaka 2016.

Kila mwaka wakala wa vipimo imekuwa mstari wa mbele katika kuhakikisha inashiriki maonesho mbalimabali ikiwapo ya Nanenane huku wakiwa na jukumu la kutoa elimu ya mara kwa mara kwa wakulima na wanunuzi wa mazao na umuhimu wa kutumia vipimo sahihi.

Maonesho ya Nane nane kitaifa yamefanyika  mkoani Lindi kwa mara ya tatu mfululizo huku yakiongozwa na kaulimbiu “Zalisha kwa tija mazao na biadhaa za Kilimo, Mifugo na Uvuvi ili kufikia Uchumi wa kati”.

·         At least  four (4) passes at D grade in any subject excluding religious subjects in CSEE.
Basic Technician Certificate in Human Resources Management

Basic Technician Certificate in Records, Archives and Information Management
Basic Technician Certificate  Library and Information Management
 
Basic Technician Certificate in Economic Development
1 year
 
·        The minimum entry qualification is four (4) passes at least D grade in any subject excluding religious subjects in a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE). In addition, the four passes must include a pass in any of the following subjects: Basic Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Engineering Science, Geography, Commerce  and other science related subjects.

    1. All applicants for Certificate, Diploma and Bachelor Degree  Programmes must apply direct through Online Admission System of the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy (MNMA) available in our website : www.mnma.ac.tz or visit admission office at the MNMA – Kivukoni Campus or MNMA Zanzibar Campus for more assistance.

 

 

 

 

 

    1. Each applicant for Certificate and Diploma Programmes are required to pay an application fee of Tsh. 20,000/= for Tanzanian Citizens and  US 13 $ for Non Tanzanian Citizens while applicants for Bachelor Degree Programmes are

 

required to pay Tsh. 30,000/= for Tanzanian Citizens and US 40 $ for Non Tanzanians. All payments should be paid  through the Academy’s Bank Account No. 0150206210000 (CRDB Bank Ltd), Account Name: MNMA-DSM CAMPUS, and then submit the Bank Pay in Slip to the Rector of the Academy.

Mtambo huu unatajwa ndio kwanza Tekinolojia yake inaingia Afrika lakini hapa kwetu ulifungwa miaka mingi iliyopita.


Mkuu wa mkoa wa Mwanza akiwa ameambatana na baadhi ya Wajumbe wa Kamati ya Ulinzi na Usalama hapa wakifanya ukaguzi wa ndani ya Kiwanda hicho.

 
Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Mwanza, John Mongella, ameamuru kufungwa kwa kiwanda cha Ngozi cha Mwanza ambacho kilibinafsishwa wakati wa zoezi la ubinafsishaji mwanzoni mwa miaka ya tisini  kufuatia utata uliogubika  umiliki halali  wa kiwanda hicho.
Hatua ya mkuu wa Mkoa inafuatia ziara yake aliyoifanya kiwandani hapo tarehe 10 Julai, 2017 na kuwaamuru wahusika kuwa na mpango kazi ambao ungeonesha kwa namna gani wataanza kazi ifikapo Januari, 2018, huku akiwataka wahusika wote ambao wanamaslahi na kiwanda hicho kuwepo kiwandani hapo ifikapo 20 Julai, 2017.
Kinyume na matarajio ya Mkuu wa Mkoa, alipowasili kiwandani akiwa ameambatana na kamati ya Ulinzi na Usalama ya Mkoa huo, majira ya saa 5.43 za asubuhi siku ya tarehe 20 Julai, 2017, alikuta hakuna maendeleo yoyote juu ya hatma ya kiwanda hicho na hata mpango kazi aliokuwa ameagiza hakuuona.

Kaimu Mkurugenzi wa Benki ya Maendeleo kwa Wakulima nchini akiteta jambo na Mkuu wa mkoa wa Mwanza John Mongella mapema kabla ya makabidhiano hayo kwenye eneo la tukio(Picha zote na Ofisi ya Mkuu wa mkoa)
